Editorial Review:

Product Description:
New in the “addicting” New York Times bestselling series featuring Sookie Stackhouse.

After the natural disaster of Hurricane Katrina and the manmade explosion at the vampire summit, everyone—human and otherwise—is stressed, including Louisiana cocktail waitress Sookie Stackhouse, who is trying to cope with the fact that her boyfriend Quinn has gone missing.

It’s clear that things are changing—whether the weres and vamps of her corner of Louisiana like it or not. And Sookie—Friend to the Pack and blood-bonded to Eric Northman, leader of the local vampire community—is caught up in the changes.

In the ensuing battles, Sookie faces danger, death, and once more, betrayal by someone she loves. And when the fur has finished flying and the cold blood finished flowing, her world will be forever altered.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Kindle Version Costs More Than Paperback!
They recently raised the price on this book, and the ebook version (which has no material costs) is more ($11.99) than the paperback version ($7.99). If I order it from the library now, it should be here when I am done with book 7!

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Vampires & Werewolves & Fairies, Oh My!!
Sookie Stackhouse is the "Stephanie Plum" of mind-reading, part-fairy, vampire and werewolf loving' waitresses!!! I love her and can't get enough of these highly original, hilarious, well-written, sexy stories.

My good friend in South Carolina told me about this series....said it was set in north Louisiana and involved vampires, werewolves and fangbangers (you have to read the books, okay?) so I had to look it up. I was so infatuated after reading the first book that I bought the entire ... Read More
